Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", or "User") and n1jl Casino ("n1jl", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). Access to and use of the n1jl platform is subject to full compliance with these Terms at all times. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the n1jl Platform and any real-money gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Members regardless of location or circumstance.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The n1jl Platform is operated and licensed under the jurisdiction of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific location before creating an account.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the n1jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same or different names, contact numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). n1jl Casino is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all Members before processing the first real-money withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: valid Passport, SSS/UMID card, Driver's License, PhilHealth ID, or PRC license. n1jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Member relationship for compliance purposes.
2.5 Accuracy of Information. Members must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and must promptly update any information that changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
21+ Reminder: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your n1jl account, or registering on behalf of an underage individual, is a serious violation of PAGCOR regulations and these Terms. n1jl will cooperate fully with PAGCOR investigations into any suspected underage access.
3.1 Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. n1jl Casino will never ask a Member for their password via any communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. Members must notify n1jl immediately via live chat or the support email upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account. n1jl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Accounts and any funds held within them are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
3.4 Dormancy. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. n1jl reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by SMS prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. n1jl Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard cards. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit accepted on the n1jl Platform is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Member verification level.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. n1jl Casino processes withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1 to 4 business hours. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other methods may differ.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. n1jl reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of any investigation.
4.6 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. n1jl may decline withdrawal requests to payment methods not on record for the account.
4.7 Currency. All transactions on the n1jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Members depositing via international payment methods may incur currency conversion charges applied by their payment provider; n1jl does not control or refund such charges.
5.1 General. n1jl Casino offers promotional bonuses including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-tied promotions to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements applicable to any specific bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount.
5.3 Game Weighting. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. n1jl reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived therefrom if, in n1jl's reasonable judgement, a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
5.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the n1jl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. n1jl does not control or influence game outcomes beyond the published Return-to-Player (RTP) parameters.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, n1jl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Member's wallet. Winnings recorded during a malfunction that prevented proper completion of a game round may be voided.
6.3 Disputed Results. Members who believe a game result is incorrect must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game round by contacting n1jl support. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Game round data is retained for a minimum of 90 days.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. Certain games and promotions may be subject to maximum single-session or single-round winning caps. Where applicable, these limits will be stated in the relevant game information or promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n1jl Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement where appropriate:
8.1 Commitment. n1jl Casino is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We actively promote healthy gaming habits and provide tools to help Members stay in control of their gambling activity.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request a self-exclusion period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms.
8.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
8.4 Reality Checks. n1jl offers session duration alerts that can be configured to notify Members at intervals of their choosing. These reminders are intended to encourage periodic review of gaming activity and are not a substitute for the Member's own judgement and self-control.
8.5 External Support. Members who feel they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to contact the PAGCOR Problem Gambling Helpdesk and to review the resources available on our Responsible Gaming page.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the n1jl Platform — including but not limited to the n1jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of n1jl Casino or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n1jl Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Infringement. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of n1jl's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.
10.1 No Warranty. The n1jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While n1jl makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, n1jl's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the preceding thirty (30) days.
10.3 Exclusions. n1jl shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings arising from technical malfunction; losses due to the Member's failure to maintain account security; or losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays or errors.
n1jl Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 By n1jl. n1jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) n1jl is required to do so by law, PAGCOR directive, or court order; (c) n1jl suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage use; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or financial risk to n1jl.
12.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination for cause, n1jl reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and retain any winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation. Real Money Funds (net of any offsets for fraud losses) will be returned to the Member following completion of mandatory compliance checks.
12.3 By Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting n1jl support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be completed prior to account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and n1jl arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or the appropriate Philippine courts.
13.3 PAGCOR Oversight. n1jl Casino acknowledges PAGCOR's authority to investigate complaints made by Members regarding licensed gaming operators and will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or directive.
n1jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via SMS notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at n1jl.club/terms-conditions.
